1st Place - The Startup Job Video Contest - July 2010

Leah Busque is the CEO and founder of TaskRabbit which is a business that, simply put, checks things off your to-do list. Leah started this company in Boston and has since expanded to San Francisco. The overall mission of the company is to pair up those who are able and willing to complete tasks for those who can”t or do not have the time. This business is environmental, it creates jobs, it saves time, it reintroduces errand runners to their city, and it connects close and distant neighbors of a community.

Is there an established taskrabbit in the Ft. Lauderdale Fl area? There are many elderly needing rides, shopping etc. plus businesses. Does one work through your sight or can there be a go to sight in different areas? Just heard this on the Today Show and interested in becoming involved doing tasks or screening those interested in doing tasks. I would think you must be cocerned about reliable, helpful, nice appearance and honest people. Thank you. Carol
